Growing up in Texas, Justin Montgomery discovered his passion for filmmaking at an early age, drawn to the power of visual storytelling to evoke emotion and create lasting impact. He went on to study at Full Sail University, earning a bachelor’s degree in film, and has since dedicated his career to crafting bold, cinematic imagery that brings stories to life.
Justin’s cinematography has been recognized at numerous festivals, earning Best Cinematography at the Texas Short Film Festival for Jack O’ Lantern and a nomination for Best Cinematography at the Milan Film Festival for The Good Catholic, which also won the Panavision Spirit Award for Independent Cinema. His work on Introvert Club took 1st Place at the Boomtown Film & Music Festival, and he has lensed multiple award-winning short films and feature projects.
